Found this one just after posting 'Life in the Fast Lane'.

Verse 3 seems to fit in with that leaving and moving on from college life to life in the vicarage world.

Verse 1 first line made me think - only person I did that with was the person I married; also made me think that with the holidays coming up its time to do that all again :-)

Just in case you think all my musical taste is about translating romantic music into my spiritual journey - here is......

Fun bit was explaining to my 8yo son why I had chosen a song with the lyrics - "no time for losers"

I went for the following explanation. "There is nothing wrong with people who lose - they can be champions too if they pick themselves up and keep trying. I think this song refers to people who give up and expect others to do everything for them."

If you can come up with a better idea....

Oh I know - yet another blog. Just felt the journal wasn't quite the place to put all the music I find on my journey through life. Will still put some there but plan to use this as my more permanent record.
